Aazam, set against the Mumbai underworld, follows mafia don Nawab Khan who is dying of blood cancer and faces only 10-15 days left of his life. Nawab controls five partner syndicate in governance of city; his son Kadar should inherit their business; on advice of Javed however he attempts to eliminate all their associates but this plan falls through as other syndicate members have their own agenda for creating chaos among themselves and DCP Joshi becomes embroiled in Javed's plot as DCP Joshi gets drawn into conspiracy hatched by Javed's team as DCP Joshi as DCP Joshi gets caught up in Javed's web of deceitful schemes while DCP Joshi also becomes embroiled in Javed's scheme against him! Who wins out this struggle between defeat and victory?
