But after Lucy Gray captures Panem's attention by singing during reaping ceremony defiantly, Snow believes they may have an opportunity to change things for good. By uniting their showmanship skills and newfound political knowledge to their cause, their race against time to survive will ultimately reveal who are songbirds and who are snakes.
